PRACTICE AREAS

Four phases, one custom result.

Every business is different. We adapt AI systems to fit your specific operations — not the other way around. Each phase builds on the last.

I.
The Discovery

We learn your business inside out — your workflows, your pain points, the tasks eating up your team’s time. You get a clear picture of what AI can do for you specifically.

II.
The Design

A custom plan for your operation. Which systems to build, how they connect, what changes first. Written for owners, not engineers.

III.
The Build

We adapt and integrate the right AI systems into your existing workflows. Voice agents, automations, dashboards — configured for how your business actually runs.

IV.
The Partnership

Ongoing management and optimization. We keep your systems running, improve them over time, and adapt as your business grows.

Productized

The Voice Receptionist.

An invisible AI that answers your phone in your own branded voice, books qualified leads straight into your calendar, and runs SMS follow-ups — hosted and operated by us.

FAQ

Common questions.

How much does AI consulting cost?+

Our engagements start with an AI Readiness Audit ($2,500–$7,500), which maps your operations and ranks automation opportunities by ROI. Custom AI builds range from $5,000 to $50,000+ depending on scope. Ongoing management is $1,500–$5,000/month. All pricing is fixed — no scope creep, no surprises.

How long does AI implementation take?+

Discovery takes two weeks. The build phase runs two to three weeks after that. Most clients have their first AI system live within 30 days. Ongoing management and optimization runs month-to-month after that.

Do we need to replace our existing software?+

No. We build around what you already use. Our systems connect to your CRM, calendar, email, phone, and other tools — we integrate with your stack, not on top of it. If a tool isn’t serving you, we’ll flag it, but nothing gets ripped out.

What types of businesses benefit most from AI automation?+

The best candidates are businesses doing $1M+ in annual revenue with repetitive revenue-generating processes — lead follow-up, scheduling, intake, data entry, customer communication. Professional services, e-commerce, healthcare admin, real estate, and B2B sales operations see the fastest ROI.

What’s the difference between AI consulting and buying AI software?+

Off-the-shelf AI tools are built for average workflows — they require you to adapt to them. We build to your workflow. Every system we deliver is purpose-built for how your business actually operates, integrated with your existing stack, and managed by us ongoing. You’re not buying a subscription. You’re getting infrastructure.

Can we start with just one AI system?+

Yes. The Voice Receptionist is a standalone service — answers your phones, books leads, runs SMS follow-ups, no audit required. Or we can start with whatever single bottleneck is costing you the most time or money. We don’t require a full engagement to get started.

Operating layer

The foundation for a business that can keep up with itself.

We connect the parts of the business that usually drift apart: calls, scheduling, accounting, ads, documents, reporting, and team handoffs.

Fast response

Calls, web leads, and internal requests move immediately instead of waiting for someone to catch up.

Owner visibility

Dashboards surface jobs, leads, tasks, reports, and bottlenecks in one operating view.

Permission-aware

Systems are shaped around who should see, approve, edit, or receive each piece of work.

Follow-up loops

Scheduling, reminders, callbacks, and next steps keep moving without depending on memory.

Managed systems

We build, monitor, adjust, and improve the operating layer as the business changes.

Growth operations

Ads, lead intake, CRM notes, reporting, and response workflows stay connected.
