PRACTICE AREAS
Four phases, one custom result.
Start with a Blueprint. If the opportunity is real, we become your AI Transformation Partner and build the operating layer into the company over time.
A phone-led discovery sprint. We map your workflows, identify where AI can create measurable value, and define the path into a managed transformation engagement.
For the first two partner clients. We build the operating layer, train the team, and manage the rollout at a founding rate while we collaborate closely on proof and feedback.
The core engagement. We build, operate, improve, and teach the AI layer inside the business for a monthly partner retainer.
For larger teams, multiple departments, heavier integrations, compliance needs, reporting, and more hands-on operating support.
The Voice Receptionist.
A strong first system for service businesses: answer the phone, qualify the lead, book the next step, and keep the owner dashboard updated. It can stand alone or become the front door of the larger AI layer.

FAQ
Common questions.
How much does AI consulting cost?+
Our entry point is the AI Opportunity Blueprint, usually $2,500-$5,000 for founding clients. The core AI Transformation Partner engagement is $10,000/month. We are accepting two founding partner clients at $7,500/month before the standard rate becomes the default.
How long does AI implementation take?+
The Blueprint defines the roadmap first. Once a client moves into the AI Transformation Partner engagement, we build and improve the operating layer in phases so useful systems start shipping early instead of waiting for one giant launch.
Do we need to replace our existing software?+
No. We build around what you already use. Our systems connect to your CRM, calendar, email, phone, and other tools — we integrate with your stack, not on top of it. If a tool isn’t serving you, we’ll flag it, but nothing gets ripped out.
What types of businesses benefit most from AI automation?+
The best candidates are businesses doing $1M+ in annual revenue with repetitive revenue-generating processes — lead follow-up, scheduling, intake, data entry, customer communication. Professional services, e-commerce, healthcare admin, real estate, and B2B sales operations see the fastest ROI.
What’s the difference between AI consulting and buying AI software?+
Off-the-shelf AI tools are built for average workflows — they require you to adapt to them. We build to your workflow, connect the systems, train the team, and manage the operating layer over time. You are not buying a tool subscription. You are getting a transformation partner.
Can we start with just one AI system?+
Yes. The first system might be voice reception, lead follow-up, booking, CRM updates, dashboards, or back-office workflow. The Blueprint decides the highest-leverage starting point before we build.
Operating layer
The foundation for a business that can keep up with itself.
We connect the parts of the business that usually drift apart: calls, scheduling, accounting, ads, documents, reporting, and team handoffs.
Fast response
Calls, web leads, and internal requests move immediately instead of waiting for someone to catch up.
Owner visibility
Dashboards surface jobs, leads, tasks, reports, and bottlenecks in one operating view.
Permission-aware
Systems are shaped around who should see, approve, edit, or receive each piece of work.
Follow-up loops
Scheduling, reminders, callbacks, and next steps keep moving without depending on memory.
Managed systems
We build, monitor, adjust, and improve the operating layer as the business changes.
Growth operations
Ads, lead intake, CRM notes, reporting, and response workflows stay connected.
